The story so far

With over 20 years of experience in the mixology industry working alongside friends and colleagues in both Bulgaria, his homeland, and Malta, it was a dream and a vision for Iliyan to be able to pursue his passion and open his very own mixology bar. His vision soon became a reality, and the UNESCO city Valletta, located in the mediterrenean archipelago on the island of Malta was entertained by a new experience. Unique, out of character, but all together exhilarant.

 

Kamy was born

Iliyan, intrigued and fascinated by the challenge that presented itself in the fine arts of mixology, decided to open his very own mixology bar to be able to experiment and showcase his unique cocktails that took Malta by storm in 2021.

​

His drive for passion, and methods for creating unique cocktails not only took the patron for an out-of-world suprising taste trip, but also allowed them to really enter the world of mixology, the way it should be.

This is Kamy. And this, is the place in Valletta where mixology meets Art.
